Elizabeth Cline served as Executive Director for The Industry, a Los Angeles-based experimental opera company. Founded by Yuval Sharon, The Industry is known for singular performances in unexpected places that connect deeply to civic life in LA. Under her leadership, The Industry developed and produced its most audacious and impactful works to date including Hopscotch (2015), and War of the Worlds (2017) and Sweet Land (2020). Elizabeth helped to expand the reach of opera and support artists by creating a record label The Industry Records, a Company, and supporting original works in progress via new programs SECOND TAKE and LAB.
